You (the customer) are responsible for all costs related in getting your media to and from me.

Always pack your shipment with as much insulating materials as possible.

In order to keep the costs down and do my part to protect the environment I will try to re-use your packaging material when I ship your order back to you (depending on condition of packaging material, of course).

For CD's I recommend that you use corrugated CD boxes which are available at most commercial shipping outlets or use small size generic and sturdy corrugated boxes. Don't forget to wrap enough bubblewrap around the CD so it fits snugly inside the box.

For Vinyls I recommend that you use bubblewrap and wrap it around the albums at least twice (once in each direction i.e.: top to bottom and side to side). Then place it in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box using plenty insulating materials so it fits snugly in the box and won't bounce around while in transit.

For larger shipments I recommend the use of a professional shipping company (MailBox Etc, UPS, FedEx, etc....).

Any and all original material I receive from you MUST be returned to you.
